• Support projects from the Mechanical Engineering/Design perspective of Buildings (Industrial/High-Tech, Data-Centre) from initial scoping through detailed design, commissioning, and final handover, including preparing technical specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with respective departments to develop client proposals and tenders, aiming to achieve profitable business outcomes. This involves bid planning, facilitation, cost estimation, writing, technical input, and necessary approvals.
• Serve as a technical authority, providing mentorship and guidance to other electrical engineers in the team while ensuring technical excellence in all aspects of project execution.
• Foster strong client relationships by contributing to client plans and maintaining a positive rapport while supporting the development and motivation of team members and junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical with a minimal of 3-10 years of prior functional experience with Engineering Consultants, Design Practices or Professional Services
• Buildings (Industrial/High-Tech, Data-Centre)
• Good knowledge of working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with local codes & regulations
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures

• Provide patients and visitors with direction and assist with their enquiries/requests at the Concierge counter
• Visit patients, go the extra mile by offering assistance and recording feedback received
• Receive feedback from patients and visitors and provide appropriate service recovery
• Ensure smooth traffic flow at the lobby and at the driveway
• Ensure admitting patients are sent to the room as soon as possible
• Ensure discharging patients are fetched as soon as possible and coordinate limousine pick-up
• Liaise with florist and other departments for the offering of fruits/flowers gift/arrangement sets for designated patients
• Prepare ward visitation reports (as required)
• Conduct maternity and hospital tours (as assigned).

• Make specialist referral appointments for walk-ins
• Work with supervisors to ensure the assigned service stations are manned effectively

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Min 1 to 2 years of customer service

Able to commit weekends

42h per week

7am - 430pm ($12/h)

11am - 830pm ($12/h)

8pm - 730am ($16/h)
