Responsibilities

• Work in a team setting on valuations and transaction advisory assignments and ensuring its completion within a stipulated timeline which includes:
  - Valuation assignments for purposes of mergers and acquisitions
  - Valuation of intangible assets/ intellectual properties
  - Valuation assignments for financial reporting
  - Due diligence assignments
  - Other assignments on other assignments as and when required
• Support and manage project administrative activities (risk management, drafting of engagement letters, billing etc.)
• Support and participate in proposal, marketing, research and business development activities, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with client contacts
• Manage and liaise with colleagues from different lines of service within PwC Myanmar, PwC Singapore and our PwC global network of firms
• Coach, guide and motivate junior team members by engaging effectively and providing feedback through regular communication and timely appraisal

Successful candidates can expect to:

• gain technical skills and exposure in a wide range of valuation and other transaction advisory assignments
• receive requisite training and coaching from the Myanmar team and the Singapore team

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in any discipline and/or relevant Post Graduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting, Economics and Finance
• ACCA, CA or CFA qualification is an added advantage
• Demonstrate strong accounting for finance knowledge with a keen interest in valuations
• Possess 2 to 4 years of working experience in a client-facing role. Relevant experience in M&A and valuations is an added advantage
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong business acumen with keen interest in businesses and how policies, trends, practices, information affects businesses and organizations
• Self-starters, meticulous and highly motivated to work on tight deadlines and work hours if necessary
• Good team player and able to work individually or in a team-setting under tight deadlines

Job Description

• Oversee and spearhead the daily execution of high-performing campaign management and execution of hygiene campaigns across multiple channels to achieve customer acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend
• Responsible for managing big scale digital marketing campaigns that have high technical complexity due to very large numbers of ads entities that need to be managed
• Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required
• Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
• Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered
• Collaborate closely with the Country Marketing Managers of assigned market, on achieving marketing objectives including but not limited to providing guidelines and requirements for campaign strategy pre and post execution, and best-in-class execution
• Actively monitoring Share of Voice, Active Users and ROAS to ensure we are able to win the market share.
• Capable of leading and managing small projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team
• Accrue and process all the paid invoices in a timely manner

The above will be delivered by:

• Working very closely with Performance Marketing Manager as a supervisor to develop paid media strategies for specific local markets which need to be tailored & personalized
• Develop execution to achieve paid media objectives (CAC, CVR, ROAS)
• Manage Traveloka advertising accounts on all platforms, maintain online advertising campaigns, from display targeting, retargeting, display awareness, app installs, etc
• Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance by having series of experimentation and testing
• Stay informed of new betas, tactics, and data trends within the paid search industry
• Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented
• Provide bi/weekly performance reports on each digital channels and funnels, and circulate to relevant stakeholders
• Being proactive and give ideas on performance marketing improvement

Requirements

• 4-5 years of performance marketing, especially Display and App Installs experience (a candidate who has experience Display is a plus point)
• Technical skills and experiences in app optimization and A/B testing are a big plus point
• Familiar with Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA and other performance marketing channels
• Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
• Possess a sharp eye for detail coupled with the ability to see how small details make up the bigger picture
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
• Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
• Proficiency in Excel and other data processing tool
