The role

This role is a broad, hands on HR role with a small, highly professionalised stakeholder group. The candidate will have the opportunity to provide the full range of HR services from advisory support through to payroll delivery. The monthly salary range is SGD 8k - SGD 11k plus participation in the annual discretionary bonus plan.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the stakeholder relationships within MDD Asia Pacific

Role

The successful candidate will be part of the Global Public Affairs team, and will support the team’s efforts in managing global public policy risks for SHEIN, including implementing strategies / plans to enhance SHEIN’s credibility and corporate reputation in the following domain areas relevant to the company’s business: ESG, tech and data, and trade and investment.

The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis and assessment of key public policies across SHEIN’s global markets, and the development of recommendations to internal teams on regulatory and operational implications.
