Time: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm

Salary: Up to $3200

Job Description:

• Provide support on full HR spectrum in compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and employee’s engagement activities such as team building, festival celebration etc.
• Support manager on HR related issues, procedures and ensure compliance to local labour and manpower regulations.
• Support the daily office maintenance and handle travel, hotel and meeting arrangements.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a HR Administrator
• Proficent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Comfortable with walking and travelling around
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently

• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
• Provide quality customer service to patients
• Assisting in all day-to-day administrative duties.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
• Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O level and above
• No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
