Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take charge of delivering training plans to the recipients and handle email enquiries.

• Provide support for training requests, registration, clinic visits and attachments, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.

• Keep meticulous training records and handle course claims, invoices, and billings with accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage training sessions through managing attendance, course evaluation, materials, certificates, room bookings, setting of rooms and equipment.

• Coordinate graduation ceremonies and award presentation events, adding creative touches like videos and interactive slides.

• Support and assist department and wards on operational matters, supplies and projects.
