Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent from a recognised university or relevant professional qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA). Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA and/or CFE would be an advantage. Candidates with Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building Management university degree or professional qualification will also be considered.
• Relevant experience in internal or external audit of at least 1 year (or at least 3 years internal or external audit experience for Senior Internal Audit Executive with solid understanding of internal controls and corporate governance.) Experience in construction or engineering services industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Knowledge in tableau or other data analytics tools (e.g. ACL, IDEA, Power BI, etc) will be an advantage.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with multi-disciplinary colleagues at all levels

Job Description:

• Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
• Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Register and update OFWAS.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
• Handling WICA claims and liaising with insurers.
• Administer and renewal of staff and general insurances.
• Process and maintain purchase orders to suppliers
• Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes

Requirement:

• At least 1 to 3 years of HR experience in Singapore
• Experience in using INFO-TECH is an added advantage
• Familiar with HR practices and well-versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Good communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Aicadium is looking for self-motivated and disciplined Data Labeller to join our team for the period from March to June 2025 (3 months) on a contract for service basis. Data Labeller is expected to complete the assignments that meet our prescribed specification and timeframe.

Responsibilities:

· To annotate images for deep neural networks training and testing where image annotation is an integral part of the Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML) workflow.

· Ensuring that the assignments are accurate and well-presented.

· Completing tasks and submitting them in the required format.

· Liaising with the supervisor to clarify assignment-related expectations, as needed.

· Ensuring that your work equipment remains in excellent working condition at all times.

Requirements:

· An individual who possesses high degree of attention and able to work onsite in office.

· Previous experience with image labelling / annotation is desirable but not required as instruction will be provided.
