JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist the Manager in daily management
• Overlooking the daily functions of the business
• Creating short and long-term operational goals
• Cooperate with different departments
• Familiarize with all departments’ operations
• Suggesting improvements needed in different operations
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and stakeholders
• Communicating with executives and upper management regularly
• Any other duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment

Job Description:

• Assisting consultants to provide great sales support for their own pool of clients & schedule in-person sessions for them.
• Ensuring the client database is accurately updated so that different categories of clients can be identified more efficiently.
• Support backend operations such as submission of business & reimbursement policy forms with great efficiency.
• Writing an essay report on current financial trends (if required).
• Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed and address any concerns
• Collecting of client’s feedback to assess satisfaction and find areas for improvement
• Reporting on client satisfaction trends and suggest improvements

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Banking or Finance relevant discipline
• No prior experience required as on job training provided
