• Attendance & Administration: Monitor attendance, manage leave administration, and verify timesheets.
• Employee Welfare: Administer claims, benefits, and welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, Employment Acts, and regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Work Environment: Demonstrated success in fast-paced, dynamic environments, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Additional Advantage: Experience with RBA and security operations is a plus.
