• Raise PR/PO. Retrieve PO number, verify invoices and send for processing
• Monitor on monthly basis employees who hit the years of service to receive LSA. Prepare and send LSA letter for signature.
• Monitor employees’ birthday on monthly basis. Purchase Grab vouchers and send congratulatory email with vouchers to employees.
• Process invoice + any form of coordination required such as recontract, adding/ removing lines.
• Approving claims, answering queries pertaining to claim.
• Assist new hires with Day 1 administrative matters – collection of laptop, door / building access and acknowledgement of the collection of cards.
• Prepare and send exit checklist to leaver. Clear for leavers on their last day.
• Prepare and send name list to insurance broker for insurance enrolment for new hires/dependents and withdrawal for leavers.
• Prepare and send announcement for new hires.
• Helping out at event whenever needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a team to handle outdoor sales by driving the buggy around Gardens by the Bay and sell various types of snacks and cold beverages. You will perform cashiering duties, inventory management, replenish products on shelves as well as perform daily housekeeping. In addition, you will attend to customers' needs and enquiries and collate feedback on products and services. You will also be required to attend to any other job functions as we may assign from time to time.

• Minimum GCE ‘N' Level
• Candidates with sales / retail experience are preferred
• Friendly and service oriented
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
• Minimum Class 3 driving license

Job Duties:

1. Ensure smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager

2. Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff

3. Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual

4. Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner

5. Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure

6. Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform and name badge as per weekly rota

7. Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required of a four star Hotel establishment in accordance with the standards of procedures manual

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 year of experiences in F&B industry

2. Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred

• Assist HR team for the full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment and other HR operations.
• Ensure information are update to the HR database and prepare monthly report for submission.
• Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
