Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Business Collaboration
- Partner with APCJ HH to understand market dynamics and strategize supply to meet changing market demands
- Collaborate cross-functionally with APCJ HH, CMC, Regulatory and other functions to ensure the right supply into markets at the right timing
- Maintain close alignment with Global stakeholders to propose and implement supply strategies suitable for APCJ
- Ensure timely and effective upward communication and downward communication
- Align and implement Global/ Regional processes across sites and markets in APCJ Region and cross Region interactions
Franchise Planning
- Support Sites and relevant Planners to establish replenishment plans across the planning horizon to work within min / maximum inventory targets
- Maintain supply alignment with relevant Planners for non-AP sources including that of ExM / CMO
- Oversee Bulk & API planning for Sites to ensure alignment with Global Supply Strategies
- Manage and Optimize E2E Supply Chain inventory; responsible for advising inventory strategy, parameters and targets at each supply chain node
- Led the review and business case support for COMET inventory parameter management
Packaging Strategy
- Point of Contact for the Manufacturing Division to support key strategic decisions (VCM, Ops U lead)
- In order to move from a centralized manufacturing model to a decentralized model (Regional or country level) the incumbent will support the Manufacturing Division (GBO & GVO Ops Unit, VCM SCM, Manufacturing Sites) to all related manufacturing/packaging decentralized options & assessment (regional/local) in order to evaluate the tactical and operational impact for SCM operations and HH Organization
Constrained Supply
- Manage operational planning associated with constrained supply including product (re)allocation
- Responsible for execution of Regional FG allocations
- Create and assess scenario planning to support decision-making
Risk Management
- Lead and support the review of Supply Chain capability to meet market identified risks & opportunities
- Collaborate with Sites to proactively identify supply chain risks and establish mitigation for supply continuity
- Incorporate a forward view of Regulatory changes into Supply Planning for AP markets and Sites
Tier Processes
- Support APCJ issue discussion and escalation in relevant Tier meetings
- Support relevant stakeholders for performance review and actions in the relevant Tier meetings
Product Life Cycle
- Support New Product Launches, PSO, Product Source Management and Network actions
Site Point-of-Contact
- Monitor and maintain SLAs with relevant Sites
- Point of contact for AP region for all Sites and ExM on Supply Planning scope
- Partner with sites to identify and build network flexibility and capability
- Support Global / Regional initiative rollout
Standard Work
- Follow the agreed Global processes standard work (DILO / WILO)
- Support Community of Practice forums
Compliance
- Support compliance in the management of product
Lean
- Focus on addressing root causes in addition to corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrence of the issue
Leadership
- Manage a team of Regional Supply Planners to ensure smooth running of operations and a Manufacturing tactical and Ops lead for APCJ
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to achieve/ maintain high-performance organization.
- Identify and support key talent development and retention

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 10 years of Experience in manufacturing and Supply chain with international experience (ie: USA and China) is required
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is desirable
Experience:
- Strategic acumen demonstrated
- Strong experience in Oncology / Vaccine / Pharmaceutical manufacturing and planning environment is mandatory.
- Related experience in managing multiple planning (ERP) systems and interfaces
- Related experience in the metric reporting environment
- LEAN operational excellence experience is preferred
