Full-time:
● 44 hours per week
● Open to work on weekends and public holidays
● Up to $2900/month
● Joining Incentives $600*
Part-time:
● Min 3 months commitment period
● Open to work weekends
● $10.50/hour
Responsibilities:
● Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
● Process payments using POS system
● Process exchanges, returns, and refunds
● Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
● Assist with stock replenishment
● Work with the store manager to drive store sales performance
Requirements:
● Previous experience is not essential
● Strong passion for customer service
● Ability to work independently and proactively
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Open to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
