Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,200

Working Day: 5-day work week including 1 weekend
Working Hour:

• Weekdays: 10.30am to 7.30pm //12.30pm to 9.30pm
• Weekends: 8.45am - 6.30pm

Location: Clementi, Bukit Batok, King's Arcade, Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Marine Parade, Tampines

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver English language composition writing and English language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Mark students' scripts in accordance with the Company's guidelines and rubrics
• Ensure marked scripts are returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and cater to students' educational needs in a timely manner.
• Be actively involved in the planning and preparation of curriculum and innovation of teaching methodology.
• To provide timely feedback to parents and address their concerns appropriately.
• To be tasked with 12 classes of various levels (Primary 1 - Secondary 4)

Qualifications:

• Prefer candidates with a degree qualified in a related field (English Language, Linguistics, Arts and Social Sciences, Mass Communications, Humanities, and Law)
• Achieved academic excellence in English Language, English Literature and General Paper (GP).
• With at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience in established enrichment centers is preferably.
• Familiar with the latest MOE syllabus and examination requirements.
• Prior experience in teaching English language creative writing is an advantage

You will assist the Centre for Resident and Faculty Development (CRAFD) and Office of Residents’ Affairs (ORA) teams in e-learning and resource management for residents, as well as support the outreach activities for the purpose of engaging local and overseas medical students, Residents and Post Graduate Year 1s. You will work closely with the team to ensure resources are well-managed for the SingHealth Residents as well as to profile SingHealth Residency as a Sponsoring Institution of choice for medical students.

You will play a key role in supporting the administration of e-courses for residents, laptop matters, simple visual aids design, logistics coordination of events and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success in the implementation of the events and activities organised by the office. You will be a key person in operationalising the daily administration workflows related to Residents’ training claims, laptop deployment and other residents’ welfare matters.

Job requirements:

· Diploma in Business Administration / GCE A level or equivalent

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· Experience in learning management system and project coordination will be an advantage

· Good organisational abilities and meticulous

· Team player with a positive attitude

· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
