The role will require building a working partnership with one or more Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) in Southeast Asia to support the growth of the assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sales through to implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Job expectations include partnering with product specialists and service partners by making recommendations and creating customized treasury solutions that meet client needs. The role will provide an opportunity to develop direct client relationships with a path to becoming a TSO overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), including client planning, client calling efforts, client team meeting preparation, delivery, and follow-up, and revenue and pathway tracking
• Conducts industry, client, and prospect research to develop strategies and create proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning
• Completes price and cost benefit analysis models to develop pricing strategies, which includes working with the Treasury Sales Officer on non-standard pricing
• Ability to function successfully on a self-directed basis in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities under time pressure

• Partners with Product Specialists and support partners to develop strategies to grow revenue and deepen existing relationships

Minimum Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to drive our financial operations and contribute to our client's team in a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Finance Manager.
• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including review, collections, refunds, returns, and reconciliations.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date status reports on accounts receivable.
• Assist with month-end closing, periodic reports, statutory accounts, tax computations, management reporting and budget forecasting.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, including:
• Daily Sales Reports, sales reports for Landlords.
• Supporting other accounting functions as needed apart from AR to ensure smooth operations.
• Opportunity for exposure to the full sets.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma Holder, or LCC Level 3 equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within SEA and Australian retail environments.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus; experience handling accounts receivable is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a strong sense of accountability.
• Attention to detail, hands-on and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience in retail/FMCG/hospitality industry is preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Review specifications, clarifications, and drawings.
• Schedule works, requisition materials, control costs, and supervise projects.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely progress and compliance with safety and regulations.
• Conduct QA/QC and enforce safety on-site.
• Prepare progress and handover reports.
• Handle additional assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Miniumum 1 year of working experience in contruction industry.
