IT Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Manage the duty roster of staff supporting the IT needs of the department cluster, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• Ensure service requests are appropriately followed up on and resolved by the relevant service teams.

3. 3+ years of experience providing infrastructure solutions, with a proven ability to deliver successful projects.
4. Strong knowledge of operational and security frameworks, with hands-on expertise in best practices like ITIL and ISO 27001.
5. Proficient technical experience in one or more of the following:Linux/Windows operating system administration
   Microsoft Windows Clustering and Active Directory
   Security and operational tools such as HCL BigFix, Trend Micro Vision One, and Splunk

Experience

You should be SG, US or common-law qualified (such as UK, Hong Kong, Australia, or New Zealand) with at least 2 years PQE. Investigations experience would be ideal, but is not required. Someone with strong litigation or arbitration experience would also be considered.
