Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English & Malay as needed to converse to Malay speaking customer, as majority of the customer converse in Malay Language.
• Basic Math skills for quick calculation of discounts and promotional offers.
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus and fashionable.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts.

Salary:

Basic : $2,000 - $2,200 + Commission : $500 - $1,000

Benefit:

Grooming allowance

Clothing allowance : $4,000 per year (by credit)

Annual Leave : 14 days
