• Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
• Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
• Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
• Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
• Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees;
• Any other HR functions as assigned

Requirements:-

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
• Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
• Able to work overtime as required
• 5 days’ work in office.

• Familiar with MOM rules accordingly.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.

Request:

At least a Diploma in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of related working experience in a similar role. Payroll experience preferred.

Familiar with Singapore’s employment-related laws and regulations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Working hours: 9-6, 5 days
