You will be a member of the staff reporting to the Executive Director. Your roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Volunteer Management

· Develop a volunteer management strategy to foster strategic and sustainable collaboration and partnerships with corporate and individuals

· Coordinator to manage existing volunteers and develop volunteers in skillsets and learning opportunities in volunteerism

· Develop, plan and execute creative volunteer recruitment and retention strategies for befriending programme and other areas and events

· Review, enhance and implement volunteer management policies and processes (e.g. volunteer selection, training, development, recognition, engagement)

· Monitor and evaluate volunteer activities to ensure effectiveness

· Organise annual Volunteer Appreciation

· Develop risk mitigation measures and a volunteer continuity plan

· Identify emerging approaches in volunteer management and evaluate volunteerism trends and impact which will value add to the volunteer engagement strategies and approaches.

Partnerships & Fundraising Management

· Fundraising Strategies & Targets

· Conceptualise, plan, develop and execute fundraising strategies and events

· Resource management including alignment with volunteer management resources

· Ensure compliance with statutory fundraising requirements and Code of Governance

· Pitch for sponsorships and donations

· Continuous exploration on collaborations opportunities with other SSAs, community stakeholders, corporate partners and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a branch
• Manage personnel and operations at showrooms, company events, roadshows on a rotational basis, including training and organising manpower
• Monitor and implement strategies to achieve sales KPI
• Lead and participate in management assigned projects
• Provide supervisory input upwards for management decision making

Skills Required

• At least 4 years of experience in automotive corporate leasing
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

Beauty Manager Role:

• Oversee daily salon operations
• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
• Ensure all beauty treatments meet high-quality standards
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
• Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)

Responsible to direct and oversee the management of all aspects of the Clubhouse and Golf Course development, inclusive of additions & alterations on existing premises, according to the policies and directions set by all projects and redevelopment related committees.

• Manage all development projects by the Club from pre-planning stage to final completion stage, to achieve best results in design, time, budget and quality.
• Represent the Club as its principal liaison officer to the various parties involved in the projects, such as government agencies, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers etc from pre-planning stage to final completion stage.
• Formulate the overall design brief; evaluate all proposals related to consultancy fees, design concept and construction tenders in accordance to the Club’s financial and audit procedures.
• Update project schedule and project budget; monitor contracts for compliance, perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards; facilitate project handing over and closing of final account; mitigate and implement measures against delays, deviation from specifications, contractual disputes and variations to approved budget.
• Ensure the respective project reconfiguration outcomes are aligned with overall master plan ensuring development and management of facilities space utilization.
• Review and set design standard for improvement of overall ambience and quality of the built environment.
• Lead the consultant team to ensure that the project is carried out according to the Club’s approved design brief and specifications; ensure proper tendering procedures and compliance with authorities’ requirements.
• Lead the construction team to ensure all works completed meet the industry quality and standard; ensure payment claims are valid and monitor defects rectifications are completed satisfactorily within the defects liability period.
• Responsible for the annual operating and capital budget planning; provide project feasibility input to business units.
