The HR Executive Role

• Serve as a recruitment specialist to provide end to end support for company’s recruitment needs, including sourcing for candidates, managing candidates, overseeing selection, and managing onboarding
• Prepare and maintain employment records and paperwork for manpower related events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
• Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
• Conceptualise and conduct employee orientations
• Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary HR support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Estimated Salary: $2800 to $3600 monthly

Responsibilities:

• To lead and execute Internal Audit engagements as assigned by the Audit Director.
• Defining the individual audit scopes and risk assessment documents, defining audit programs and testing steps.
• Testing of operational business processes.
• Documenting any findings and identifying root cause.
• Present to financial/operating personnel and/or management, as appropriate, during and at the conclusions of the testing results, establishing the correctness of observations / conclusions, discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective action to improve operations and reduce cost.
• Preparing internal audit reports and recommendations to management (including management’s response);
• Timely documentation of individual audit working papers;
• Regular follow-up with management to verify closure of action item.
• To deliver quality Internal Audit results at the UTAC facilities in Singapore and in other UTAC Facilities located in Thailand, Dongguan (China), Shanghai, Indonesia, Malaysia as needed.
• Participate in any special projects and code of conduct investigations, as required.
• Performing Annual Audit Planning to define audits to be performed in UTAC Corporate, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, ACCA, CISA, etc.) are desired, but not required.
• Minimum 7 years of external/internal audit experience or equivalent.
• Experience in performance annual audit Risk Assessment and annual audit planning
• Experience in conducting business process/operations audit.
• Experience in conducting ITGC audits is an added advantage (candidate must be willing to learn and perform ITGC audits)
• Experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry, Big 4, or SAP knowledge are added advantages.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in performing operational audits for semiconductor/ electronics industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge in performing annual audit Risk Assessment and annual audit planning.
• Knowledge in auditing business processes.
• Able to execute end-to-end audit (from planning, fieldwork, reporting, etc.)
• Knowledge in using Data Analytics for Auditing is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge in auditing ITGC is preferred but not require

Requirements

· 3-5 years of related experience (advisory, corporate training, financial sectors)

· Pactising consultant, with ESG recognised certificate (RMC, SBACC, TUV-Sud)

· Diploma or Degree (preferred; Business, Banking and Finance)

· Flair in consultancy and research

· Business, Macroeconomics and Financial savvy

· Customer Oriented

· Proficiency in English/Mandarin (read/write)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Multi-task and creative

Remuneration

● Basic + Commission + Incentives + Bonus + Employee Share option

• To cooperate with Corporate Strategy Office to develop regional business within Japan Group of Companies in Southeast Asia including strategical deployment of Expatriates
• To manage internal reporting for HR, IT Security, CSR, or Sustainability and Corporate related matters to Japan headquarters.
• Expatriate Management including pre-assignment planning, legal and immigration compliance, cultural training and integration, family support assistance, global talent development planning, etc.
• Participate and monitor Business Planning, Headcount budgeting.
• Liaison between Singapore and Japan Offices for HR Matters
• Implement HR policies, procedures and programs and ensure staff compliance for Singapore Office/, Indonesia and Malaysia offices
• Work closely with Business Unit Heads on key HR matters for Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia to provide guidance.
• Assist to facilitate the entire employment process from recruitment to resignation for all staff; including workforce planning, selection, recruitment, induction, asset issuance, dormitory arrangement, staff confirmation, IR21 tax clearance, exit interview, etc.
• Identifying Training Requirements & preparing Training budget
• Facilitate disciplinary cases and provide mediation
• Lead and manage company and staff welfare including health and safety, healthcare benefits, recognition and rewards, etc.
• Work with CEO office and assist to facilitate Board of Directors Meeting, and Annual General Meetings etc
• Work with Legal Workgroup to review and draft the legal documents, day-to-day contracts, and agreements related to the business operation of the Company, for ensuring due diligence in legal checks and risks assessment/mitigation in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
• Work with QC team Be a member of ISO Steering Committee to maintain and enhance ISO certification including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO22301
• Assist to facilitate overseas business expansion
• Conduct Performance Appraisals twice a year for all staff
• Handle employee enquiries on HR Matters
• Maintain HR database and assist in HRIS management (Prosoft Unit4)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance and Investigation team and ensure compliance investigation process is appropriately conducted.
• Proactively assist the business with identifying appropriate remedial and preventative actions to prevent a re-occurrence and to understand trends and to analyse and report on such trends.
• Provide advice and support to internal parties including Senior Management and HODs of Corporate Office with related to litigation risk management, dispute resolution, settlement strategy, indemnities and other contract concerns as requested.
• Prepare reports of compliance findings, analytics and corrective actions for Senior Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a Degree with minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates with Accounting background will be preferred.
