Responsibilities:

• Overview of all software maintenance projects to harmonize and optimize resources, work processes and customer engagement.
• Engage with client for requirement alignment

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and advice to staff with regards to course sponsorship terms and conditions and application processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines and processes as stated in the training policy.
• Responsible to verify and validate training information and details submitted to corporate training whilst ensuring timely processing of all training applications or nominations received from various staff/department for both external and internal courses.
