• Lead and prepare tender estimation. Prepare/check quantity taking-off, summarize quantities for each job sequence.

• Participate in the drafting of the project contract, ensure that the contract terms comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, especially the key terms such as the scope of the project, quality standards, construction period, payment method and liability for breach of contract.

• Track all project expenses, including labor, materials, and administrative expenses, provide real-time data on project costs, and prepare and update budget reports to keep project managers and stakeholders informed of financial status.

• Support the project team on planning, scheduling and co-ordination of various projects; monitor project progress, cost and cashflow.

• Negotiate for contractual variation, settlement of claims, progress payments and finalizing project accounts.

• Act as the primary point of contact for budget related inquiries and issues within the project team.

• Educate project team members on the importance of budget agreements, expense reporting, and budget compliance to foster team responsibility.

The Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association of Singapore (HFCAS) was formed in 2019 to provide a united voice of the industry and to support the use of hydrogen in Singapore as one the possible pathways to meet Singapore’s Long-Term Low Emissions Development Strategy. The Senior Manager is a managerial role and will work towards fulfilling the key strategies of HFCAS. The Senior Manager will work and report directly to the elected Secretary-General and President who serves on the Executive Committee. JOB SUMMARY

Under general direction, the Technical Sales Manager is responsible for managing the technical sales aspects including segment, product line & technology packages, and all relevant technical supporting activities throughout the entire sales process. • Segment and Product Line development:

• Develop & Manage standard product line sales tool-kits including sizing programs, sales flow diagrams, mass balances, and a library of sales presentations.
• Assist marketing collateral development on product lines and new innovations.
• Support technology discussions to close the deal in an efficient and professional manner.

• Cross functional & global collaboration. Key technical tag for Aftermarket commercial support connecting inquiries into Sales & Engineering as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, or mechanical engineering.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years Engineering or Operations experience within the Oilseeds complex, preferably in an Oilseeds Crushing or Vegetable Oil Refining, Palm Processing, Biodiesel, and/or Oleochemical business.
