Job Description

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Skills & experience needed:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience
• Strong service excellence mindset

Other Information:

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations Bi Weekly)
• Salary: $2,400 - $2,800
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Contract until Jan 2029
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)

What You’ll Do:

1. Support a full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, orientation, employee relations, payroll processing and more.
2. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
3. Assist with process of foreign work passes in compliance MOM regulations, understanding related laws and policies in Singapore.
4. Support administrative tasks, including office management, lease negotiations, and managing office-related facilities and services.
5. Assist with business-related activities, including commercial liaisons, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with external partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must (knowledge of Indonesian, Malay, or Thai is a bonus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• PR & Singapore Citizen Only, with experience or interest in supporting administrative and business-related tasks.
