We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Senior Project & HR Manager to lead our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of project management, as well as leading and managing our HR functions and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and budgets, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent
• Develop and implement employee retention and engagement strategies to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and productivity
• Manage employee relations and performance management to promote a positive and productive work environment
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project and HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, HR Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and HR management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply legislation and regulations
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
