3. Project Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage construction projects, overseeing the project management team within the scope of authorisation. Handle team attendance, performance evaluations, and remuneration allocations. Establish project management regulations, ensuring smooth coordination and supervision of daily activities.
4. Resource and Production Management: Manage and allocate production resources, including manpower, capital, materials, machinery, and equipment, throughout each stage of the project. Monitor and control construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
5. Quality, Safety, and Cost Control: Organise and manage quality and safety procedures during construction. Oversee cost control measures, ensuring adherence to project budgets while maintaining quality standards. Participate in the selection of outsourcing units and manage their performance.
6. Procurement and Supplier Management: Engage in material procurement processes, negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with the Material Department to ensure proper warehousing procedures are followed.
7. Project Completion and Settlement: Oversee the final stages of the project, including completion acceptance and settlement. Ensure the project is delivered according to contractual obligations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, preferably in curtain wall design, fabrication, and engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, technical specifications, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in cost control, procurement, and supplier management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Ensure adherence to the rules, regulations, and unified management practices of both the company and design institute.
• Follow the guidelines set forth by the design institute.

2. Assisting Management:

• Support the Director and Chief Engineer in managing the studio.
• Play a role in team-building and morale, fostering a stable, cohesive work environment.
• Report on the studio's work progress and staff sentiment regularly.

3. Studio Management:

• Oversee studio operations according to the institute’s guidelines.
• Collaborate with the institute to achieve annual business targets.

4. Project Design Oversight:

• Organize and manage all phases of project design, including bidding, construction drawings, assembly design, installation guidance, and technical services.
• Lead the design process from initial concept through to fabrication and installation.

5. Drawing Review and Supervision:

• Responsible for the creation and review of bidding designs and construction drawings.
• Supervise the implementation of engineering drawing review meetings ("three meetings") to ensure project designs are advanced, complete, adaptable, economical, and technologically sound.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

• Lead or participate in communications with external partners, such as design institutes, consultants, general contractors, and other relevant units.
• Address and solve any internal design process issues to ensure smooth project progress.

7. Project Collaboration and Optimization:

• Work with regional company teams to facilitate projects under construction.
• Ensure that design optimizations and improvements are implemented efficiently, working towards enhancing design efficiency and project quality.

- Degree/ Diploma in Building

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction

- Ability to interact efficiently at all levels and liaise with Consultants and subcontractors

- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of specific goals

- Ensure the timely and costly completion of Construction Projects.
