Job Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent through various channels (job portals, headhunters, campus recruitment, etc.).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the talent pool to meet future business needs.
• Administer payroll processing, benefits management, and employee leave records.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues, complaints, and disputes.
• Organize employee engagement activities to enhance company culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company needs.
• Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.

Administrative Support

• Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Handle travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
• Organize company meetings, events, and internal communication activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and company documents (contracts, business licenses, etc.).
• Provide general administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and document organization.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, courier, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR management systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a plus.

Position Overview

To support HR team with administrative and coordination tasks within the mobility, remuneration and HR

operations functions. This role will be key in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, particularly in areas

related to employee relocation, payroll processing and daily operational support.

Geographical Coverage

Mainly for Singapore office and support for mobility operations globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance on mobility policies, resolve employee queries elated to mobility processes and benefits entitlement, and act as a backup liaison between employees, internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
2. Coordinate international relocation processes, including work pass applications, accommodation arrangements while ensuring compliance with tax and mobility policies.
3. Prepare and maintain reports on mobility cases, key metrics and salary data for assignment calculation while handling income tax reporting and compliance for inbound and outbound employees.
4. Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding and providing administration support for relocation process of inbound and outbound employees.
5. Coordinate with vendors for payroll processing, validate reports, and manage income tax, tax provisions, bonus provisions, and payroll entries.
6. Support insurance and benefits administration, wellness programs, and the preparation of reports, including governmentrelated surveys.
7. Support mobility and remuneration teams on any HR initiatives and activities.

Selection Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination role
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
• Fundamental knowledge in Compensation and Benefits is preferred.
• Familiarity with international mobility or relocation processes is advantageous.

HR:

• Responsible for organising and establishing the company's HR policy, related HRIS and SOPs;
• Form human capital and organisational structure plan, conduct functional analysis and departmentation, prepare, review and adjust the Company’s workforce plan and succession scheme for critical positions;
• Responsible for organising and formulating the company's annual manpower budget, HR work plan and target, monitoring the company's human resources allocation, key risk indicators, budget progress and the completion status of relevant work plans;
• Responsible for organising the establishment, improvement and optimisation of the company's HR management system and HRIS to ensure that HR work progresses to be informationised, intelligent, scientific and standardised according to the company's management philosophy;
• Organise and implement the policies for expatriates of the parent company, and manage the remuneration, welfare, foreign affairs, employment relations, deployment and other HR matters of the expatriates within the authorisation of the parent company;
• Organise and implement performance appraisal of the general employee and departments, disciplinary actions, and propose employee promotion, reward & penalties, etc.;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferred in public listed companies;
• Excellent people skills, and good knowledge in labour laws, employment acts and statutory programs;
• Good organisational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
