• Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior leaders and managers across the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ of HR experience, with 5 years of business partnering experience
• Regional experience in commodity industry is required
• Strong communication skills and relationship management
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of APAC region
• Travel to regional offices is required for this role

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure those requirements are effectively met.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
• Capable of managing a demanding workload with a hands-on approach.
• High ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Flexible, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
