What the role is

The Pathway Manager (PWM) has a critical role within Fencing Singapore (FS) and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive athlete pathway programme. What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pathway Development and Implementation

a. Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of FS National Pathways across all weapons, genders, age groups, and participation* levels.

a. Monitor the progress of coaches and officials within the pathway programmes using performance metrics and data analysis.

What you'll do:
