The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, posting job ads, interviews. The role also involves liaising and attending recruitment fairs, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws

Recruitment

• Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites

• Review applications to shortlist candidates.

• Conduct initial interview for the shortlist candidates and arrange appointment with hirings

• Source candidates through various channels ( job portal, recruitment agency etc) and explore new sourcing channels

• Work closing with hiring manager to understand requirement

• Prepare necessary papers for the hiring process including offer & negotiation

• Establish positive relationships within the various stakeholders and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process.

Recruitment Fairs

Liaise with organizers and attend recruitment fairs to attract potential candidates.

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

• Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit formalities are completed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administrative or similar

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related functions

• Good communication skills (written and oral)

• Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share

• Knowledge of Employment Legislation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel with an eye for details

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Be a central point of contact for the business operations manager and employees, delivering customised and forward looking solutions, programs and policies to tackle issues faced by the Company.

• Be a guidance on the application of HR policies, procedures and standards.
• Work closely with the HR Shared Service team to drive continual efforts to improve the HR delivery services.
• Conduct new employee induction program
• Conduct employee satisfaction survey and exit interview to improve existing welfare
• Work closely with People Development team to improve the competency of the employees and especially the development of skills and mindsets of the Managers.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition and propose innovative ideas to attract and retain talents.
• Be an effective Employee Champion; leading and sustaining Employee Engagement activities that enhance the employee experience in Paradise.
• Produce timely accountability reports and provide quality counsel on human resources issues.
• Drive HR projects assigned and act as a key advisor to your management team in the business unit.

Requirements

· Possess minimum a bachelor degree in any discipline.

· Effective communication skills

· Have at least 5 years of HR business partnering experience in a service industry and in food and beverages is an advantage.

· Assertive and confident in your delivery and execution of radical HR solutions.

· Able to work in a fast paced environment, committed and to flexible work hours.

· Have unbelievable passion, perseverance to overcome teething issues

· Have practical management of people issues, especially for rank and file level.

· Good skills and knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines – talent acquisition (both rank and file), employee retention, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, compensation practices and managing diversity.

Responsibilities

• Redesign organizational structures and update job roles to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Create and roll out workplace policies, including those for remote work, leave, travel allowances, and other employee benefits.
• Develop performance evaluation tools and reward systems to motivate and recognize top talent.
• Handle employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Plan and implement training programs to help employees grow their skills and advance their careers.
• Analyze and present HR data, such as employee engagement and turnover, to guide decision-making and improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of HR & Administration experience

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in an HR management/business partnership role, supporting a creative and/or professional services business.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritise workload with strong follow-through.
• Ability to adapt to frequently changing schedules and priorities and experience in operating in adynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant and demanding, and clear structure/process may not be apparent.
