1. Operational Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily HR operations, including scheduling, attendance, and employee records management.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions to HR-related concerns.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

2. Project Assistance:

• Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for project-specific roles.
• Monitor and track the deployment of staff for various projects to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare project-related reports, such as workforce allocation and budget tracking.
• Act as a liaison between the HR department and project teams to resolve staffing and administrative issues.

3. Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as the point of contact between HR, operations, and project teams.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and agencies, for project-related hiring or operational needs.
• Maintain open communication with employees and management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

4. Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for operations and projects.
• Schedule and organize meetings, training sessions, and other HR activities.
• Assist in compliance and audit preparations related to operational and project activities.

Requirements:

• Holds a Diploma or higher qualification.
• A team player with strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Open to Singaporean candidates only.
