Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:Provide comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications and treatments. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories. Assist doctors during medical examinations and minor procedures.
• Clinical Support:Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the clinic's electronic health system. Prepare examination rooms and ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment.
• Administrative Duties:Handle patient registration, update personal and medical information. Process billing, insurance claims, and payment collections. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage clinic correspondence.
• Customer Service:Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families. Address patient concerns and provide information about treatments and procedures. Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
• Medication Management:Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed. Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects. Monitor and manage medication inventory.
• Clinic Operations:Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in clinic meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural/Structural) using AutoCAD & REVIT, ensuring design drawings meet provided specifications.
• Assist the Project Team by delivering timely shop-drawings and providing accurate construction information.
• Aid in developing shop-drawings and resolve discrepancies with the Engineering Department and Project Team.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications as per Client-Consultant requests.
• Develop As-built drawings for project completion submissions to clients/consultants.
• Assist with Tender Bids/Drawings by creating overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Ensure all required drawings are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

Interior Design:

• Coordinate with Landlord, Contractor, Sales team, Merchandising team, and Marketing team in conceptualizing, designing and space planning of retail pop-out store/counter/kiosk
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers and contractors for shop fit-out and renovation
• Prepare shop, retail counter, exhibition booth designing, drawings and cutting list
• Inspection of Dry-Lay / Materials and subsequent Follow-Up Presenting mood/material boards, developing layout plan (often using 3D software such as Sketchup), and perspective/detailed drawing for retail spaces
• Developing graphic design artworks using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Create themes and plans, including window and in-store displays, signage and posters

Project:

• Manage and coordinate (a) fit-out of local retail shop and (b) fit-out of counter space
• Planning and development of master plan, A&A plan, M&E plan, etc, and renovation of retail outlet.
• Prepare and submit renovation plan in accordance to local regulation and specific requirement from respective landlord.
• Constant sourcing of fit out contractors and to manage the tender process and handle various trade contractors and suppliers on parallel contract in project execution.
• To arrange and attend site meeting prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, monitoring and supervising on-site installation, etc
• Liaise on coordinating with related parties (e.g. contractors, suppliers, business partners, landlord, colleagues from other department, etc) on shop fitting progress.
• Ensure and follow through that projects are completed on time, within budget and constantly supervise, control and coordinate works accordingly to project plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
• Conduct frequent site inspections and meetings to ensure high quality work of the contractor and supplier.
• Perform quality check and proper handover upon completion of project and to follow through on all outstanding matters/defect items.
• Advise Accounts department on progress billing.

Requirements:

• Diploma / certification in any of the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Project/construction management, related building construction/ M&E studies.
• Min two (2) years of experience in project management, preferably in retail industry.
• Familiar with Architectural Drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe (CS, Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel, SketchUp, 3D Max
• Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works.
• Creative and have interest in changing trends in retail space design
• Experience in managing multiple projects.
• Positive, commitment and “can-do” attitude.
• High integrity, good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

The position of Technical Support is responsible for presales support to our sales team. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical consultation, system design and system solutions for all sales/SAM for SEA projects.
• Pre-sales activities support including site survey, client meeting, technical presentation, system demo, etc.

Quotation & Configuration Check

• Ensure all the system configuration and quotes are accurate for SEA region.
• Provide technical training for SEA sales team and technical team.
• Provide after sales technical support (project/CS) if any PM/engineer needs help.
• Provide T&C support for SEA projects.

On site client training

• Ensure quality of services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.
• Attend internal training, improve skills.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years or above related working experience in security, electronic or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network and database.
• Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system products / systems is an advantage.
• Candidates with technical presales background will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Client service oriented and quick learner.
