Job Requirements:

• More than 10 years working exprience in a real estate development company based in or having a primary presence in the United States, Western Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan (Tokyo), or China (Shanghai, Beijing). UWCSEA is looking for a Development Manager (Major Gifts) to join the college.

Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising, the Development Manager will help advance the College mission through direct fundraising, strategic communications and internal and external partnerships. • Degree from a recognised university.
