Job summary

The hiring company is establishing a new VDI business unit, providing an excellent opportunity to acquire experience in presales product engineering.

• Conduct POC for customers

Responsibilities

• Support set-up and configuration of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) backend for PoC, Demos and Internal Testing
• Support, troubleshoot and administer the VDI environment
• Manage the Canonical snap store, technical support, updates, configurations and account creation
• Stay current on trends and best practices in VMware, Citrix and Azure
• Provide training to users as required as part of deployment
• Respond to incidents and alerts as requested
• Work closely with product development and test team, sales and marketing team and external customer doing PoC/PoV

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Understanding of VDI with minimum 2 years’ experience in administration of at least one VDI environment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot potential VDI support scenarios
• Experience in Windows Desktop administration
• Experience in Application deployment and virtualization
• Experience of security standards, best practices and principles
• Experience in end user support
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Technical Sales Engineer/ Product Sales Engineer

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Days: 5 Days

Working hours : 9am - 6pm

Salary : SGD2,200-3,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of our complete range of product
• Responsible for preparing quotations, proposal according to customers' requirements
• Plan sales visits, customer calls
• Service existing clients and proactively identify and develop new customers and markets
• Conduct product training and presentation to customers

CNC Programmer

• Working Days: Monday-Thursday
• Working Hours: 7.30am - 7.30pm // 7.30pm - 7.30am [Rotated shift]
• Location: Woodlands Sector
• Salary: $5000 - $5500 + VB

Requirements:

• Diploma, or 3-5 years Nitec in Precision, mechanical engineering or it's equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of machine code (G&M code)
• Demonstrated knowledge of GD&T Demonstrated
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Tsugami controllers.
• Experience programming 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills.
• Familiarity with Hyper Mill and Solid Work.

Job Scope:

• Develop new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines and make manual program adjustments as necessary.
• Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates.
• Identify and apply appropriate tooling based on material types, equipment considerations, cutting conditions, etc .
• Design work holding/fixturing, as needed, with assistance from process engineering.
• Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.
• Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
• Perform quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications.
• Support RFQ quotation fabrication process as and when need arise.
• To perform other similar or related duties as directed by superior from time to time.
