Position: HR Generalist
Location: Bugis
Salary: Up to $3500
Job Scope:
- Provide comprehensive HR support including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, and employee engagement activities such as team building and festivals.
- Assist the manager in addressing HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with local labor and manpower regulations.
- Manage daily office maintenance and coordinate travel, hotel, and meeting arrangements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and a dynamic team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
