Duties

3. Provide support for Operations Managers, Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues. Willing to stand-in as Security personnel if needed and willing to work 12-hour shift.

4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organisation.

5. Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher courses on bomb threats & customer service. Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients.

6. Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Able to carry out investigation and write reports.

8. Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on weekly basis.

9. Attend weekly meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit weekly / monthly report to management.
