· Keep accurate and proper records of student p-files to meet ECDA audit requirements;

· Assist the principal during internal and external audits;

· Handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, new employee onboarding and existing

· Identify the company-wide training needs through annual performance review exercise etc and prepare the Training Plan for the Company

· Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses

Qualifications:
