Key Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Risk Manager to join our team and contribute to the management of IT and cybersecurity risks across our organization. Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in IT cybersecurity risk management, risk implementation, and governance. This includes practical experience in IT risk assessments, vendor risk assessments, audit processes, and managing operational risk issues.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk frameworks and standards such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL, and other relevant frameworks. Experience in applying these frameworks to real-world scenarios is essential.

What you offer:

• At least 5-years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to C-suite level executive.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant in a family office or financial company is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and basic HR capacity (Visa applications, Insurance).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Principal, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining supplies, and developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
• Responsible for GST filling and accounting for annual reporting.
• Act as a communication liaison, facilitating effective communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, while also serving as a gatekeeper to the Principal, protecting his time, information and exposure.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, pertaining to all personal/family and office matters.
• Provide lifestyle support to family members, including coordinating personal appointments, travel arrangements, and assisting with household management tasks.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Fund Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the firm's operations. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of investment operations, from managing relationships with service providers to handling daily trade processing and reconciliation. You will also be involved in fund accounting and client reporting.
