We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and optimize our facility operations while ensuring a safe workplace environment.

Responsibilities (Facilities)

• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
• Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals
• Maintaining day‐to‐day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
• Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
• Maintenance of pantry supplies, face masks, ART test kits
• Maintenance of BCP call tree
• Act as Safety Management Officer and ensure alignment to prevailing Safety Management Measures
• Lead and project management of renovation fit out work where required – ensuring compliance to requirements and prevailing regulations

Responsibilities (EHS)

• Ensure a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with Singapore statutory regulation
• Responsible to work with various stakeholders on all safety aspects of work operations from planning, execution to acceptance
• Lead and conduct incident investigations as well as CAPA reporting, includes closing of CAPA with affected department
• Responsible for setting 3 yearly and annual plans and targets and measuring performance against EHS KPI
• Responsible for setting up, and ensuring proficiency of site wide Emergency Response Team, Emergency Response Plan and high standards of safety within the site
• Responsible for ensuring stakeholders of site, established robust risk assessment and control plan for all operating processes
• Responsible for driving implementation, maintenance control and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Drive for EHS improvement initiatives within the site
• Contributor to BCP planning and execution

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building/Facility Management, or Degree in Building/Facility Management/Science with relevant experience with at least 5 years of working experience in the capacity of facilities management
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the capacity of EHS management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and an open mindset to embrace a team‐oriented working environment
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety Management System, Workplace Safety & Health, Fire Safety, Water Efficiency, Security Management will be advantageous

Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all operations, including profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
• Development of the brand’s strategy and operations.

• Liaise with the finance team, and logistic department in a prompt manner.
• Reviewing business performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis and providing recommendations to improve on operational issues and implement corrective measures.
• Responsive and available during the operation time of the stores.
• Constantly keep in close contact with suppliers to source for competitive raw materials for the business.
• Maintain a good working relationship with franchisees and Joint Venture partners to provide them with business support.
• Work with different departments in HQ to achieve all of the above.

Requirements:

• Ability to transmit ideas and vision, verbal and written.
• Project management and operations skills. Ability to work under pressure in a multitask environment.
• Written and verbal communication capacity in English (mainly) Microsoft environment experience (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to prepare reports, especially in Excel.
• Valuable experience in quality control systems, ISO or similar is perferred.
