• Setting up of company Finance Department and liaising with China HQ on Finance matters
• Responsible for daily finance operations and liaising with suppliers as and when needed
• Manage full set of accounts for company
• Process sales invoicing
• Perform month-end closing, monthly analysis of management account and audit schedule
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, ensure data accuracy
• Payment of incentives to eligible members
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accounting and audit schedules
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors on accounting matters

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Meticulous and detail oriented

provide on-the-job training.

Job Duties and responsibilities

- Masking and demasking on PCB or related product to meet customer requirements.

- Inspection, fixturing, pack and etc under supervisor’s instruction and arrangement.

- Work under air conditional room environment and not standing is required.

- Able to work under scope requirement.

- Able to work OT as per instruction or arrangement.

- Production maskers may also be asked to keep records of their output and compare it with a

production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and submission of M&E tenders, including evaluating technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Manage all M&E Quantity Surveying (QS) tasks, from tender preparation to pre- and post-contract administration.
• Collaborate with consultants, attend site visits, tender briefings, and clarify tender requirements to ensure project alignment.
• Analyze specifications, review tender documents for discrepancies, and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct technical evaluations of tender documents, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with the tender team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Propose value engineering solutions for M&E works during the tender process.
• Prepare and present tender documentation, including technical write-ups, project scope, manpower plans, and schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure alignment with tender requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to support decision-making during tender evaluations.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in mechanical services within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of M&E works, planning, and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience in Design & Build tenders for M&E services is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspection of components.
• Operate basic measuring tools, such as profile projectors, micrometers, vernier calipers, and height gauges.
• Conduct visual inspections using magnifying scopes.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and organize samples.
• Inspect first articles and document findings in designated inspection forms.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of quality control experience.
• Proficiency in using QC inspection tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Skilled in programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
