Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of retail store.

- Support and work closely with the retail team to ensure standard operating procedures and service guidelines are met.

- Executing all sales & marketing promotional activities set by company.

- Responsible for monthly sell out target achievement in line with account targets and deployment of key retail initiatives across assigned accounts.

- Identifying opportunities to reinforce company brand through retail activities to key audiences and take these forwards through planned updates and new retail initiatives.

- Hiring, training, and managing retail teams.

- Ensure merchandise display of the store is aligned to the standard.

- Supporting and managing retail exclusive brands from coordinating purchase orders to stock inventory management.

- Ensure effective management of after-sales service as well as handling customers’ feedback complaints and email enquiries.

- Ensure the business ethics are implemented and complied onsite.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificates/Graduate Diploma in Retail or relevant 3 years of managerial experience

- Proficient spoken and written in English and Mandarin, have good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.

- Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaigns with attention to details.

- Resourceful, self-motivated & great leadership skills.

- Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.

Customer Sales Support Responsibilities:

APAC Orders Desk (SG office)

- Manage regional consigned inventory with global operations team, ensuring optimal stock levels.

- Manage local inventory of products, improving traceability and reducing discrepancies.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.

CPS India Orders Desk (SG Office)

- Manage shipping and handling of goods going in and out of APAC office.

- Process orders and invoices.

- Collaborate with CPS operations and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Conduct inventory checks against physical inventory.

Office Admin Responsibilities:

· Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands

· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

· Maintain office policies as necessary

· Organize office operations and procedures

· Manage company inventory and office equipment assets

· Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

· Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease

· Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events

· Organize orientation and training of new staff members

· Manage Leave balances of the Staff with Financial controller

· Manage petty cash/Corporate Bank account

5.5 Days work a week.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm.

Saturday: 9am to 1pm.

Warehouse Reorganization: Take the lead in reorganizing our current warehouse, which is in disarray. This includes creating a more efficient layout, labeling, and categorizing inventory for easy access and improved workflow.

Inventory Management: Assist in the daily management of inventory, ensuring accurate records of stock levels, and helping to minimize discrepancies.

Receiving and Stocking: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stored.

Order Fulfillment: Assist in preparing and fulfilling orders, including picking, packing, and shipping products to customers in a timely manner.

Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all products in the warehouse are in good condition and meet quality standards.

General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, complying with health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to improve overall warehouse efficiency and support store operations as needed. Provide leadership and direction to store staff. Supervise store employees. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Additional: Able to read Chinese characters and liaise with Chinese speaking colleagues. Logitics knowledge preferred with at leaset 2 years experience. Only Singaporeans.
