• Manage performance of our service partner, be involved in selection and recruitment of

• Respond to customer feedback emails, collate feedback register on a monthly basis with
  recommendations on improvements.
• Manage department’s budget and process purchase requisition, invoices, procurement as
  and when required.
• Any other duties as assigned to support smooth operations and uplift of customer
  experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of concierge, hospitality, or service related experience, with at least 3
  years supervisory experience in leading a team.
• Proven record of being a role model in delivering high standards of service, with accolades
  or recognition.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for the Group and all entities to ensure comprehensive financial oversight.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and vendor payments, including monthly vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of all transactions.
• Oversee daily banking activities to support smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including preparation and submission of GST and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits, working with external auditors to ensure a timely and efficient audit process.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team skills and performance.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a professional accounting certification is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial control role, preferably within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industry.
• Experience supervising a team about 2 to 3 members is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
