We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our company's payroll, timesheet, attendance, and leave management systems. 1. Based on the business objectives of the HR Operation team, develop a system strategy plan and implementation roadmap;

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, computer science, information management, or related fields;

2. Project Experiences in system implementation and HR business processes for large groups or internet companies;

3. Strong ability to understand and analyze requirements, systematic and structured logical thinking ability;

4. Has deep insight into business, highly sensitive to data, able to handle complex business models and independently complete configurations;

5. Possess strong communication and teamwork skills; 6. Strong learning ability, self-motivation and stress resistance;

7. Possess high execution ability and a down-to-earth work spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in implementing large-scale system projects such as SAP and Workday;
