Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide general front desk administrative support to the therapists and teachers to ensure smooth operations in the centre.
• Maintaining therapists and teachers calendars, assisting in scheduling and rescheduling of therapy sessions and meetings
• Professional engagement with prospective clients to increase overall sales and client retention including understanding and sharing of company collaterals and brochures. Human Resource Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly
• To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
• Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Responsible for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies
• Assist in submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim applications, government surveys and other statutory submissions.
