Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Reviews new client account opening, including documents, due diligence / KYC information, AML risk profile, call report
2. Perform blocking and unblocking of accounts
3. Perform Avaloq testing
4. Perform due diligence checks (including tax due diligence) against World-check and Factiva and public searches for account opening.
5. Undertakes projects and reporting

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications, ideally in business, accounting or law.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a financial institution or securities firm, covering private banking or AML/KYC is a plus

What you will be doing:

The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders and the HRBP Team to drive organizational effectiveness through tailored HR strategies and processes. You will work to design HR development frameworks that will enable high-performance work cultures, leadership development, change management, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Organisational Development

• Performance Management – Own and manage the approach, development and process of audax Performance Management. This includes and is not limited to designing, refining and deploying the mid and annual Audax Review Cycle.
• Employee Engagement – You will be the champion for driving audax employee engagement activities across our 8 engagement pillars. You will design approach and lead the project plan for each year. This includes managing companywide communication activities (All Hands), audax HR Intranet, and the development and driving of year-round engagement activities which covers development, CSR, social, and more.
• Pulse Survey – You will lead the design, roll-out and perform the analysis/ presentation for the annual Employee Pulse Survey. This survey aims to get a “health check” of the organisation and ensuring our implementations for areas of improvements identified are successful.

Employer Branding and Early Careers

• You will be the champion of ensuring the audax brand strengthen amongst employee and job seekers.
• You will also be the lead for all Internship and Early Career Programmes which are essential for audax as we focused on building a pipeline of early career talents for our growing organisation.

Benefits Management

• 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in areas of Organisational Development and Business Partnering.
