• Assists the SG Branch Compliance Head in ensuring that SG Branch implements effectively its internal policies, guidelines, procedures, systems and controls on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT systems) are met and risks identified are addressed and mitigated by

1. Developing and/or continuously reviewing SG Branch AML/CFT systems to ensure that they remain up-to-date and meets the current statutory and regulatory requirements and are effective in managing ML/TF risks arising from the SG Branch business;
2. Overseeing all aspects of the AML/CFT systems which include monitoring effectiveness and enhancing control procedures where necessary;

• Performs review of all internal disclosures and exception reports and in light of all available relevant information, determining whether or not it is necessary to make a report to the MAS and maintain all records related to such internal reviews and provide guidance to SG Branch personnel on how to avoid tipping off.
• Assists the SG Branch Compliance Head in the identification, assessment, advisory, monitoring, control and reporting on the AML/CTF laws, rules and standards, laws and regulations that are relevant and applicable to SG Branch and analyzes corresponding risks of non-compliance and prioritizes the compliance risks.
• Assists SG Branch Compliance Head to establish and open communication process within the SG Branch personnel, develop or customized AML/CFT and other applicable regulatory compliance trainings, seminars and workshops, as may be deemed necessary to educate and update the SG Branch personnel on AML/CFT related and regulatory compliance matters and pertinent banking, laws, rules, regulations, codes of conduct and standards of good practice applicable to SG Branch.
• Assists SG Branch Compliance head in responding to AML/CFT and compliance regulatory related requirements for the regular examination of internal and external auditors, various local and overseas regulatory bodies and law enforcement authorities.
• Monitors the compliance of SG Branch by conducting independent compliance testing of the AML/CFT systems, regulated activity business and other applicable regulatory requirements using risk-based approach and enforce compliance policies and procedures.

• Conduct research and producing reports, briefing and presentation on cyber threat trends, actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the cyber incident response process, identifying gaps and areas of improvement
• Plan, execute and support desk based testing scenarios to simulate cyber incidents and test the effectiveness of the response plan and procedures
• Support risk assessment and architecture reviews by conducting threat analysis and modelling, identifying potential attack vectors and mitigation strategies
• Respond to and manage cyber incidents and crises, in coordination with central threat intelligence and cyber incident response functions, involving internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
• Investigate, mitigate the impact, and manage the process related to data leakages and data breaches, and ensure compliance with the regulatory and legal requirements and standards for cybersecurity and data protection in the region
• Provide timely and accurate communication and reporting on the status, impact and resolution of cyber incidents and crises
• Conduct post-incident reviews, root cause analysis and lesson learned from cyber incidents and crises, and providing recommendations and feedback to improve the security posture and resilience of the organisation.

Required Qualifications:
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 8-10 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber incident response and cyber crisis management, preferably in the financial services sector
• Professional certification in cyber threat intelligence and cyber incident response, such as Cyber Threat
• Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (CSIH), Certified Network Defender (CND), Certified Forensic Computer Analyst, GIAC Penetration Tester, CompTIA PenTest+, Certified Ethical Hacker

OPERATIONAL SKILLSKey Skill Areas & Knowledge Required

• Knowledge and understanding of the cyber threat landscape and the cyber threat intelligence lifecycle, as well as the tools, methods, and frameworks for cyber threat intelligence collection, analysis and dissemination

Position – Trust Administration Officer

Purpose of Role

The Trust Administration Officer will support the senior trust administrator(s) / client manager(s) in handling the administrative responsibilities for a portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring timely delivery and high quality of service to both intermediaries and clients. The role holder will work with thesenior trust administrator(s) / client managers to identify and mitigate risk across their span of control and will beresponsible for supporting their team mates within the office.

Key Accountabilities

Administrative:

The Trust Administration Officer will ensure that all documents are stored (electronically and physically) according to agreed policies and procedures.

Intermediaries / Clients:

The Trust Administration Officer will ensure that they deliver high qualityservice to all intermediaries and clients, working closely with the senior trust administrator(s) / client manager(s).

General Area of Responsibility

Ensure optimization of vessels for the overall Network and at the same time minimizing all relevant cost. Monitoring slot utilization of vessel against allocation and capacity.

Specific Areas of Responsibility

1. Daily Reports to Liners in Singapore and Geneva HQ

- Daily Bookings

Ensure the accuracy of agent’s forecast/final loading through system (I-space)

Monitor allocation/diversion instructions by the respective line managers and ensure agents follow up and update in the system.

- Daily Executive Summary

Liaise with agency offices (POL) pertaining to market trend- increase/decrease in cargoes projections and report to line managers.

- Daily Diagram

- Summary of vessel utilization for all strings. This will facilitate cargoes diversions from one string to another.

- Review overall network utilization and propose for the necessary diversion plans to optimize each string.

- Liaise with Line Operation during contingency/omission plans.

2. Monitoring cargoes connections and instructing transhipment ports (6 main T/S ports: NBO/CWN/HKG/PUS/SIN/TPP) of planned cargoes nominations base on allocation assigned by line managers.

- Planned for cargoes diversions and rollovers by instructing transhipment POLs

- Review possible miss connections and advancement of cargoes basis on the utilization of the vessels.

- Co-ordinate the necessary conversion of Optional to fix and vice versa with pol or the restows of Optional with planner/line ops to achieve maximum vessel utilization.

Candidate Requirement

· Degree/Diploma holder, preferably in Maritime Transportation or Nautical Studies.

· Minimum 2 years working experience in container shipping industry.

· Independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Able to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays when required.

· Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Working knowledge of CASP is essential but not necessary.
