ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role sits within the Asia, the COO will work alongside various marketing, product and licensing teams based in Singapore, Taiwan and Korea. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our PC and console game business, reporting to the CEO.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the PC and console game business and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.

· Manage product listings, prices, stock levels, descriptions, visual content, and other relevant SKU information.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree or above.

· Exceptional communication skills, business-level proficiency in Japanese is preferred.

· Prior experience of game distribution and/or publishing, with in-depth understanding of the Southeast Asia and East Asia market preferred.

· 15 years senior management experience in publishing, distribution in the entertainment category preferred.

· Strong data analysis ability.

· Able to work meticulously under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to multitask with excellent organizational skills.

· A proactive keen learner and team player with a great sense of responsibility.

HR Cum Admin Assistant

Working Hours: Monday –Thursday – 8.00am to 5.30pm, Friday – 8.00am to 5.00pm

Salary: $1,900 - $2,700 (Depending on experience)

Location: Tuas Close View, Singapore 637474 (Transport picks up at Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT)

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Payroll

• Prepare monthly payroll
• Involved in Recruitment Process – schedules job interviews.
• Prepare HR document (ex: employment contract for new hire)
• Apply / cancellation Work Pass
• Updating Internal HR Data base
• Organizing and maintaining personnel record, organization chart etc.
• Plan and arrange training for staff.
• Answer employees’ queries about HR related issued
• Assist in MOM Survey.

Corporate Level

• Assist on ISO documents and other corporate certification application and/or renewal.
• Communicating with external partners to renew company vehicle insurance.
• Corporate mobile line renewal and etc.
• Other day to day activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possesses a Certificate in HR or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR
• Excellent knowledge of labour/employment laws, prevailing market practices and government initiatives
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

Working hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri 7:30am to 6pm, Sat 7:30am to 1pm
Salary: $10k - $15k

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of patient care duties.
• Perform diagnosis and prescribing of medication according to patient conditions.
• Provide referral to patients if specialist check-ups are required.
• Ensure timely follow up with patient’s conditions and perform return visits when required.
• Ensure up to date clinical knowledge.

• Full Registration with Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
