Customer Care Manager

Salary: $4500 - $5500
Location: Upper Thomson - Next to Thomson Nature Park
*Will be relocated to Geylang area in April’24

Working Day & Time: 5 Days work week; 8:45am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of Customer Care Specialists

• Set performance goals, provide feedback and conduct performance reviews

• Regularly review the team knowledge on the latest products

2. To deliver exceptional customer service

• Develop and implement customer care processes and policies; to constantly review them to ensure greater productivity is achieved

• Resolve customer complaints and enquiries in a professional and prompt manner

• To monitor and track customer response times and quality of service

• Run performance reports in Zendesk and 3CX to track team performance

3. To optimize processes and practices

• Possess the ability and foresight to continually review opportunities for improvements and execute them

• Propose to management on new initiatives for improvement in efficiency or optimization in cost.

Qualifications & Experience Requirement

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service-related role

QC Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with Process Engineer & Engineering team on QC requirements
• Documenting inspection criteria and quality plans
• Collaborating with QA, Process, and Product teams on corrective actions for quality issues
• Collaborating with Process team on in-process and FQC audits

Requirements:
• Hold at least a Diploma in Manufacturing /Quality Engineering
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Electronics Product Manufacturing environment
• Manage Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Control quality of incoming, in-process, and outgoing products
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirements
• Understanding of IPC requirements in PCB Assembly, quality standards for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts
