• Lead/ Support in the roll out of HR annual talent cycle activities such as goal setting, annual performance management, talent management review, development planning, employee survey.
• Manage employee lifecycle program.
• Lead/ Support the implementation of employee engagement strategy.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant local country laws, regulations, policies and practices.
• Maintain accuracy of all employees personal records, documents in accordance with audit guidelines, local laws, and the organization policy.
• Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business/ Human Resources
• At least 5 years of experience in HR
