Quality Assurance Department (QAD)

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Maintenance team to schedule lift inspections.
• Conduct lift inspection in accordance with applicable code requirements
• Prepare inspection reports.
• Verify correction of defects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Company’s authorized personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Work experience in Lift Inspection, Testing & Commissioning or Maintenance preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Only Singaporean need to apply

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Manage customer complaints in professional manner

- Manage manpower deployment

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties

- Any other related duties assigned by manager
