IT Coordination Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between employees and the IT department or external IT vendors.

• Provide basic IT support for employees, such as troubleshooting connectivity issues, password resets, and software installation.

Professional Skills & Abilities:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, local employment laws, and statutory regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge (e.g., hardware, software, network)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in IT coordination or basic IT troubleshooting is an advantage

Job Scope

1. Administer, in proper order, all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs.
2. Provide administrative support to Sales personnel at point of delivery.
3. Liaise with contractors for the necessary PDI work to be performed.
4. Update of stock list.
5. Follow up with relevant parties on the outstanding payment.
