• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.

Cadence Group is looking to hire a driven and resilient team member to support our Consultancy Business Unit. The role will involve various HR projects and consulting projects. He/she will be exposed to a multitude of industries and have to opportunity to interact with many different stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of consultancy deliverables like reports, slide decks or training materials.
• Assist Business Unit in HR Consultancy/Business Consultancy Projects.
• Assist Business Unit in marketing and sales
• Translate documents between English and Chinese.
• Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project matters.
