Job Description:

1. Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
2. Work as Resident Technical Officer to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near-misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).
3. Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/ bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction.
4. Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.
5. Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible to helm CareHub in line with CareHub’s service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.
